Regulations

 

  1. During Sneekweek it is only possible to make reservations for at least three nights. 
  1. Reservations can only be made through the website of the foundation www.dedomp.nl
  2. A down payment of 25% of the total cost, including sales tax, with a minimum of € 50,- is mandatory. This down payment needs to be paid within fourteen days after receiving the booking confirmation (by mail) of your reservation by making a payment at the following bank account number: NL84RABO0359503241
  3. The reservation is valid after you receive a booking confirmation which will be sent by the foundation after receiving the down payment.
  4. The remaining costs (75%) need to be paid at least 14 days before the day of arrival. 
  1. Cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 14 days before the day of arrival. This requires a mail sent to camping@dedomp.nl. When cancelled on time you will receive a refund of 80% of your down payment. 
  1. In case of a late cancellation the down payment will not be refunded. 
  1. The foundation does not accept any liability for damages resulting from the reservation system or use of the campsite.
