During Sneekweek it is only possible to make reservations for at least three nights.
Reservations can only be made through the website of the foundation www.dedomp.nl
A down payment of 25% of the total cost, including sales tax, with a minimum of € 50,- is mandatory. This down payment needs to be paid within fourteen days after receiving the booking confirmation (by mail) of your reservation by making a payment at the following bank account number: NL84RABO0359503241
The reservation is valid after you receive a booking confirmation which will be sent by the foundation after receiving the down payment.
The remaining costs (75%) need to be paid at least 14 days before the day of arrival.
Cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 14 days before the day of arrival. This requires a mail sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. When cancelled on time you will receive a refund of 80% of your down payment.
In case of a late cancellation the down payment will not be refunded.
The foundation does not accept any liability for damages resulting from the reservation system or use of the campsite.
